Staff involvement

Your company could support some skills sharing with our staff, as DHL did with a presentation skills course, and Turner Broadcasting are currently doing providing pro bono IT training.

A member of your staff could partner with a Merlin employee on a specific project, or come to Merlin as part of a larger secondment – we have found both arrangements to be successful.  Secondments provide a unique learning environment, where individuals are stretched to develop or enhance communication skills, cultural awareness and often leadership and influencing skills.

Merlin's relationship with Capital International has blossomed over the years, with support for employee fundraising events and mutually beneficial secondment arrangements.

Your company could match fund or actively support employee fundraising efforts in aid of Merlin.  Deloitte have match funded a football tournament, and KPMG an employees’ 250 mile cycle ride in China - raising vital funds for Merlin.
